What is the minimum age?

The minimum age is 18+

I have bought tickets but I cannot open them (Sealed tickets)

We work with sealed tickets. This means you can only download your tickets 24 hours before the event. This is to prevent possible ticketing fraud.

It is however possible to resell your tickets via the button found in the email as we work with secure swap.

We do not offer any support on ticket sales via these platforms. Please redirect your questions towards the platform you bought your tickets from, as we will not answer to your question.

What can I do with my VIP ticket?

With the VIP tickets you will get:

VIP entrance (no waiting time)
VIP deck
Limited edition Gearbox Pole Position VIP hand fan

What is the difference between P1, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 or waiting list tickets?

There is no difference except for the price. All tickets gain you entry to the event at the same time.

What time do the doors open and close?

The doors will open at 13:00. The doors will close at 21:00.

Is there organized bus travel to the event?

I organized my own bustour. Where can the bus park?

Around the whole Ziggo Dome area it is restricted to park or stop with a bus. The bus can drop off people and park at P Bus (click for location).

Can I travel by public transport?

Yes, the Ziggo Dome is near the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena train & metro station with an excellent connection to all over The Netherlands. Also the closing time of 23:00 will allow most people to stay till the end.

Can I travel by car to the event?

Yes, put the Ziggo Dome in your navigation and park your car at P5 Villa Arena (Paid parking).

Are there lockers?

There are lockers and a free wardrobe available at the Ziggo Dome. These can be acquired at the location and not online.

DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS!

It is not allowed to bring a bag with you to shows at the Ziggo Dome. Only handbags that aren’t bigger than the size of an A4-paper (8.27 x 11.69 inches) and no thicker than 10 cm (3.9 inches) are allowed inside. If you do bring a bag bigger than this, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. The organizer of the concerning event will do its best to reduce queues much as possible. We politely ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Directly above the entrance outside of the Ziggo Dome, Lockerpoint ArenAPoort can be found. You can rent a large locker here for storing luggage that is not allowed inside the venue, such as backpacks, weekend bags, trolleys, a helmet or suitcases. The luggage lockers are open until 1 hour after the event ends. Visit the Lockerpoint website for more information about the dimensions of the lockers and the price.

Can I bring large bags? (Ziggo Dome Bag Policy - Important)

Will there be merchandise available?

Yes ofcourse there will be limited edition merchandise available at the merchandise booth. There will also be signing sessions, the schedule for this will be announced soon.
