  • You must return the product in the original and undamaged packaging and label.
  • Shipping costs and the risk of returning are on your expense (we strongly advice to ship with a track & trace code).
  • Ensure a thorough package besides the original packaging. Do not attach stickers or other notes to the original packaging. If this is done the product can not be exchanged because of unsaleability.
  • The invoice or a copy of it should be send along with the return.
  • You must add the e-mail confirmation.
  • Unstamped packages or cash on delivery sent packages will not be accepted by us and will automatically return to you.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery date.

When will I be refunded?
If your purchase is faulty or damaged you can return your item/s within 7 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment of item. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 5 business days. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
