We ship all over the world.
We offer several shipping methods.
When you place an order you can choose the shipping method that suits you best.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING COSTS I HAVE TO PAY?
You can see how much you have to pay once you have logged in and when you have added a product to your basket.
Only for outside The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, the shipping costs are dependent on the weight of your complete order.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are displayed when checking out your order.
HOW IS MY PARCEL SHIPPED?
Within The Netherlands all parcels are shipped by MyParcel/PostNL.
After the parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so you’re able to track your parcel online.
Your order will usually be delivered by POSTNL 1-2 working days after being shipped.
Outside The Netherlands all parcels are shipped by DHL, DPD, TNT, Hermes, UPS or your local parcel service.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
As soon as you placed your order and the payment has been received, your order will be specially made for you as we work with an ‘On Demand’ process.
We have no stock and therefore this process normally takes 48hours at a maximum before we send out.
It may happen that items (caps / Flags / Bombers etc..) are out of stock and have to be re-ordered.
In that case the shipment may take a little longer.
In case your order contains pre-order items the complete order will be shipped out on and after the release date.

Please be sure to check you SPAM folder in your mailbox.
It could be that you did receive the email but that your provider marked it as SPAM.
If you still didn’t receive an email make sure to contact us by email via email@example.com.
